If you wish to register with us, please come to the surgery with your medical card (if you have one) and some form of identification such as a passport, driving licence or Home Office ID. You will be asked to complete a GMS1 form to register with an NHS GP. You will need to provide proof of your address in order for us to ascertain if you live within our practice boundary.

We are a Safe Surgery for everyone in our practice area.
- Everyone living in England has the right to free care from a GP.
- Ask reception for an interpreter if you find it difficult to communicate in English.
- Our receptionists won’t ask you about your immigration status.

Online Services
The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.
To use 'Patient Access' you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.
