We are currently not accepting new patients registrations at the practice due to increased pressure on current services, this will be reviewed in March 2020 and a further decision will be made.

If you wish to register with us, please come to the surgery with your medical card (if you have one) and some form of identification such as a passport, driving licence or Home Office ID. You will be asked to complete a GMS1 form to register with an NHS GP. You will need to provide proof of your address in order for us to ascertain if you live within our practice boundary.
You can either ask at reception or telephone the surgery for up-to-date details on registering with the practice. You will also be asked to complete a new patient health questionnaire which you can find below to download

We are a Safe Surgery for everyone in our practice area.
- Everyone living in England has the right to free care from a GP.
- Ask reception for an interpreter if you find it difficult to communicate in English.
- Our receptionists won’t ask you about your immigration status.
- If you are worried about giving us your address, please let us know. Your information is safe with us

The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.
To use 'Patient Access' you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.
